A bell tower is a church tower that contains one or more bells. The utility of these bells is to announce the start of a mass or for specific events, such as funerals and weddings. A bell tower may also contain a carillon, like the carillons manufactured by Ars Sonora. Today, bell towers exist in churches and, in a lesser degree, in campuses and universities. Some of them use electric amplification for the sound, but Paccard's traditional bell towers produce soft nice sounds without the need to resort to any electric amplification.
In addition to bell towers, Paccard manufactures musical bells, which are bells arranged in a carillon and designed to produce melodious sounds. Our carillons reached Japan and Australia, where several universities and parks adopted our bells and integrated them into the global local design..
