| VISITS – GROUP TOURS |
Come discover a flagship French industry – bell casting, and introduce your group to the Paccard-family legacy, as we represent Annecy all around the world. We promise to make it an unforgettable event !
With the Museum and Foundry both built at street level, all of our tours are easily accessible to people with disabilities. Our guided tours are also very popular with individuals with visual impairments, because the tours engage the senses of touch, hearing and smell, just as much as sight.

Take a guided tour of the PACCARD workshop to discover, firsthand, how the bell-making process works. It’s a truly fascinating journey into the bell founder’s world. For safety reasons, guided tours of the workshop are conducted outside working hours. Tours can be organized during the following times:

In late 2006, an area dedicated to customized house bells was built inside the Reception Hall, called the Campanuna® Area. Here, visitors learn about the latest PACCARD Group innovation, CAMPANUNA®, which are customized bells for private individuals that can be ordered online, or through the CAMPANUNA® store in the Museum. To learn more, visit the CAMPANUNA® web site at www.campanuna.com.

In the Reception Hall, an area is dedicated to the new concept in town planning called ARS SONORA®. This is a good example of the innovative spirit of the PACCARD Bell Foundry, and a good opportunity to get a closer look (and a closer listen) at the beautiful PACCARD Bells. The ARS SONORA® concept blends leading edge technology, peerless musical quality, and fascinating sculptural concepts into a unique work of art. If you’re lucky, your visit might even coincide with a concert mixing voice, the ARS SONORA® bells, and other musical instruments.
